The Center for Literacy & Learning is a national nonprofit with over 30 years of experience in improving student success through programs that empower educators and families with real-time, evidence-based practices that can be applied in the classroom, home, and community.

Every minute counts because every child counts. Today, only 36 percent of 4th graders in the United States are reading proficiently. More than 1 billion people in the world today are illiterate. That is one in every eight people.
